Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain core plugin features for caching, optimization, and cleanup.
Implement advanced techniques for JS/CSS optimization and database performance.
Ensure compatibility and stability across thousands of different WordPress setups.
Write clean, well-documented code and perform thorough testing.
Collaborate with the team to prioritize new features based on user feedback.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional WordPress plugin development experience.
Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, React (optional), and WordPress APIs.
Proven experience building performant and secure plugins.
